Job summary

Ricoh is seeking a Field Services Technician to support customers in the State College, PA area. You will travel to client sites to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain Ricoh printers and copiers, working independently while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and configuring setups. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required to travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or equipment repair.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across mechanical/electrical systems.
• Ability to work with industrial printers and copiers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations in the State College, PA area.
• Diagnose and repair Ricoh printers and copiers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and installs.
