Job summary

SRCTec, LLC is seeking an entry-level Associate Field Service Representative to join two OEM reps supporting Fort Campbell, KY. The role focuses on pre- and post-sales technical support, product demonstrations, training, and field assistance both in garrison and CONUS/OCONUS locations.

The position is onsite at the customer location and reports to a supervisor in Syracuse, NY. It is funded through December 2026 with potential renewal.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, vocational certification, or military experience in an engineering-relevant field with 2+ years of work experience, or Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field.
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, mechanical drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in field training and service support at customer locations under supervision.
• Document expectations and collaborate with internal teams to meet requirements.
• Provide on-site consultation and integration support for hardware, software, and network configurations.
• Develop after-action reports to support continuous improvement.
• Travel to field sites and support customers in austere environments as needed.
• Assist in advising on technical requirements for products and installations.
