Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Agilent's IVD biopsy tissue stainer systems and multi-vendor lab instruments across laboratories in the region.

You will ensure optimal instrument performance, troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and maintain customer satisfaction while traveling within Louisiana and Mississippi and supporting U.S. patients.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical training in electronics or related field.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience in instrumentation.
• Proficiency with lab hardware and software.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
