Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, or related field.
• 1–2+ years’ experience with analytical instrumentation, specifically Pathology/IHC equipment.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 standards; excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Hardware/Software/Network setup and commissioning.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs on instruments.
• Advise on configurations and provide technical training as needed.
• Manage product escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
