Job summary

Packsize in Reno, NV is seeking a Resident Service Engineer to install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment at customer sites. The role includes start-up testing, training customers, and building strong customer relationships while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

You will schedule tasks at client facilities, troubleshoot issues from drawings, collaborate with R&D, Software and Quality teams, and travel as needed, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling tasks at customer sites.
• Troubleshooting issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Install and startup testing of Packsize solutions and training customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and safety compliance.
