Job summary

Packsize in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, configure and maintain equipment onsite at customer facilities. You’ll perform start-up testing, train customers on product capabilities and keep strong, trust-based relationships with a variety of clients while solving complex mechanical issues and answering questions about features.

The role requires travel, including overnights, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, vocational training or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related area preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms and basic software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services.
• Install and train customers on Packsize solutions and features.
• Build strong, trust-based customer relationships.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and travel arrangements.
