Amcor is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support filling lines, labeling and automation at customer locations. The role collaborates with Sales, Plant Quality and Product Development on new launches, quality issues and line improvements.

The position blends hands-on equipment work with reporting, data collection, and training of customer staff. Travel is up to 75% to customer sites, with root-cause analysis and documentation to drive resolutions.

Formación

• 2–5 years of combined education or related work experience is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are required.
• General working knowledge of electrical systems is required.
• Prior mechanical experience with filling lines and equipment is preferred.
• Experience in the plastics industry is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Amcor at customer sites, maintaining both customer-owned and Amcor-owned equipment and performing preventative maintenance.
• Lead in assembly and preventative maintenance of Amcor-owned filling equipment.
• Assist with customer problems and communicate opportunities to plant/corporate levels.
• Conduct field trials of Amcor packaging and train customer staff on proper product use.
