Advanced Thermal Sciences (ATS), an RTX-owned organization within Collins Aerospace, seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex temperature control equipment at customer sites in the Phoenix area. You will lead on-site service, diagnose issues, and coordinate logistics while traveling to multiple sites as needed.

This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, customer interaction, and a focus on reliability and uptime in fabrication environments.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree with limited prior experience (typically <2 years).
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and servicing complex temperature control equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site field service including installation, operation, maintenance, repair, and removal of complex temperature control equipment.
• Install, test, service, and calibrate equipment to ensure performance aligns with specifications and customer expectations.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, providing clear recommendations to internal teams and customers.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine service activities to ensure equipment reliability.
• Coordinate technical services, logistics, provisioning, and system configurations to support customer operations.
