Job summary

Collins Aerospace ATS is seeking a Field Service Engineer for remote work with primary location in Boise, ID. The role includes installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of advanced temperature control equipment at customer sites.

You will travel to multiple sites, diagnose issues, and provide practical solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a university degree with limited prior experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and servicing complex temperature control equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site field service including installation, operation, maintenance, repair, and removal of complex temperature control equipment.
Install, test, service, and calibrate equipment to meet specs and customer expectations.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for internal teams and customers.
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Analyze product performance and support modifications based on customer needs.
Serve as primary on-site representative and build customer relationships.
