Advanced Thermal Sciences (ATS), an RTX-owned organization within Collins Aerospace, seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex temperature control equipment at customer sites in the Phoenix area. You will lead on-site service, diagnose issues, and coordinate logistics while traveling to multiple sites as needed.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will serve as the onsite face of ATS, taking ownership of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of complex electromechanical equipment used in fabrication environments.
This is more than a service role—you will act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring equipment reliability, diagnosing issues, and delivering solutions that align with customer needs and operational requirements.

With the possibility of traveling to multiple customer sites, you will gain exposure to a wide range of systems and challenges, including control systems and PLC diagnostics. This is an onsite role with the primary work location in the North Phoenix/Deer Valley area of central Arizona.
The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
