Responsibilities
- Perform on-site field service: installation, operation, maintenance, repair, removal of temperature control equipment.
- Install, test, calibrate equipment to meet specs and customer expectations.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for internal teams and customers.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and performance.
- Analyze product performance and support modifications based on customer needs.
- Serve as primary on-site representative and build customer relationships.
