Job summary

International Thermal Systems is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site support and technical assistance for Thermal Processing and Aqueous Washing Equipment. You will install, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance to maximize uptime and ensure safe operation.

The role requires installation and calibration, travel up to 85–95% domestically and internationally, and close collaboration with customers and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve equipment performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree a plus.
• 2+ years in manufacturing quality control or similar for thermal processing equipment.
• Strong math, log recording, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Thermal Processing and Aqueous Washing Equipment.
• Inspect, test, and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed service reports and logs of maintenance activities.
• Travel and attend to client sites; coordinate with engineering and customers.
