Job summary

Packsize is hiring a Field Service Engineer to install, configure and maintain packaging equipment at customer facilities. The role requires solving complex mechanical issues, providing startup testing and customer training on product capabilities.

You’ll build strong customer relationships, travel to various sites, and work closely with Packsize teams to deliver exceptional service. Safety standards and occasional overnight travel are part of the job.

Qualifications

• : Must have an Associate Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience.
• : Bachelor’s Degree in a related area preferred.
• : Knowledge of Windows platforms and basic productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites and coordinate with customers.
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency service as needed.
• Install Packsize solutions and train customers on usage and maintenance.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and travel arrangements as required.
