Job summary

Packsize International is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Phoenix, AZ to install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment at customer facilities, with occasional overnights.

You will troubleshoot, train customers on product capabilities, and ensure safety compliance while building strong relationships with clients across multiple sites. Strong problem-solving and travel readiness are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Associates degree, vocational training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to travel and work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical equipment.
• Perform start-up testing and deliver customer training.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain documentation.
• Travel to customer facilities and ensure safety protocols are followed.
