Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.
• Hands-on LC-MS and LC-MS/MS experience with analytical instrumentation from top manufacturers.
• Demonstrated ability to work with internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site troubleshooting and maintenance to analytical instrumentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Install analytical instrumentation in laboratory environments.
• Investigate, identify and fix instrument faults.
• Collaborate with on-site staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
