Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on field service experience with SCIEX and Waters mass spectrometry systems.
• Advanced LC-MS/GC-MS hardware troubleshooting and software configuration.
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ installation and validation.
• Ability to travel up to 25% overnight and work in live lab environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site support for LC-MS and GC-MS instrumentation, focusing on SCIEX and Waters systems.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and application issues across mass spec platforms.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and calibrations per manufacturer specs.
• Lead installation, IQ/OQ/PQ validation of new LC-MS, GC-MS, and TOF systems.
• Train laboratory personnel and share best practices for operation and maintenance.
• Maintain service logs, regulatory records, and documentation of all service activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, customer service, and support teams to resolve complex issues.
