Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Life Sciences or Engineering background, hands-on MS experience, and strong communication skills to collaborate with customers and on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.
• Hands-on LC-MS and LC-MS/MS experience with analytical instrumentation from top manufacturers.
• Demonstrated ability to work with internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

We're excited to announce that we're working with a unique lab equipment provider that is looking to build out it's support service team across the USA with Field Service Engineers

who will play a pivotal role in providing on-site troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of high-level analytical instrumentation to optimise client satisfaction and on-site support for the company's facility.

We're looking for a Field Service Engineer with experience working with Mass Spectrometry and Spectroscopy, such as LCMS & GCMS or instruments from Tecan & Hamilton in any laboratory environment. Whether it be in the Life Sciences, Food & Beverage or Environmental.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site troubleshooting and maintenance to analytical instrumentation
• Build and maintain relationships you'd build with customers
• Install analytical instrumentation to laboratory environments
• Investigate, identify and fix any instrument faults
• Collaborate with on-site staff to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements & Qualifications
