Job summary

Formlabs in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician to be the primary on-site contact, traveling 80%+ across North America. You will install, train customers, perform repairs, and document service in Salesforce.

A hands-on repair background and a STEM degree are required, along with a valid passport. You will manage complex travel itineraries, perform preventative maintenance, and deliver rapid, single-visit resolutions to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience in a technical field.
• Ability to work independently while traveling 80% of the time.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel domestically in North America.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and calibrate 3D printing systems on site.
• Provide on-site training and product demonstrations to customers.
• Perform break-fix, preventative maintenance and document activities in Salesforce.
