Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to respond with urgency to customer requests.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven project management ability coordinating technical and non-technical staff.
• Ability to keep multiple tasks coordinated, prioritized, and progressing.
• Capable of interfacing with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, interfacing with engineering, commercial, and quality teams as needed.
• Resolve service requests effectively and promote strong customer relationships.
• Analyze field data, recommend corrective action, and write service reports related to warranty work.
• Organize and coordinate inspection, analysis, and disposition of returned equipment, parts, and material.
• Liaise between sales, customers, users, and factory, providing technical information and assistance.
• Deliver client training pertaining to EM products and services.
• Other duties may be assigned by management to meet business needs.
