Qualifications

• BS in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical training.
• 0–2 years of field service experience with rotating equipment.
• Ability to travel up to 100%, including international travel.
• Valid passport and eligibility for international travel.
• Proficiency in SAP, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform field duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform field services for large industrial AC motors and generators (installation, commissioning, repairs).
• Conduct insulation resistance testing, surge testing, vibration analysis, and electrical tests in the field.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide post‑sales technical support.
• Develop field service reports, time and expense documentation, and written service notes.
• Propose repair options and other products; deliver quotes and close sales where appropriate.
• Assist in training of team members and partners on procedures and best practices.
• Uphold safety protocols and complete required training (OSHA 40, TWIC).
• Travel up to 100%, with potential for 50% international travel.
