Job summary

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Hardware/Software/IT field service experience
- 24x7 on-call customer-facing support experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory
- Experience with Windows OS and networks
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Immunization and site access requirements will be met as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site support for BD Pyxis systems in hospitals
- Diagnose, service, and resolve hardware/software issues with ownership of work orders
- Implement preventive maintenance and support Sales/Implementation teams
- Document field activities, expenses, and time
- Maintain inventory and company assets
- Work independently and with team leadership as needed
