Job summary

The Field Service Engineer I will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hardware and software while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, accurate documentation, and collaboration with Sales and Implementation teams to support deployments. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of combined hardware, software, and IT support experience.
• Ability to obtain credentials for access to DoD/DoD facilities.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to travel as required and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for automated dispensing systems.
• Respond to, evaluate, prioritize, and resolve work orders within SLAs.
• Diagnose and repair proprietary hardware and software components.
• Perform preventive maintenance, installations, repairs, and calibrations.
• Document service activities and time logs accurately.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
