Southwest Surgical, LLC, a ZEISS distributor, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and repair complex automated electromechanical systems for healthcare facilities in the Southwest US. You will travel domestically and internationally to support customers and training, ensuring high uptime and customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a 4-year degree or technical certificate, 3–5 years of field experience, strong safety knowledge, and the ability to read schematics and work

Competenze

• 4-year degree or technical certificate in a technical discipline or related military electronics experience.
• 3–5 years of professional work experience with complex automated electromechanical systems.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Mansioni

• Install, maintain and repair complex automated electromechanical systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose issues and complete repairs in a single visit whenever possible.
• Provide timely service visit documentation and billable quotations as required.
• Complete preventive maintenance for contract customers within stated timeframes.
• Coordinate with sales, support and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
