Cutera-Inc is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide expert service on advanced laser and optical systems across the territory. You will ensure system performance, train customers on operation and maintenance, and collaborate with sales, engineering and support teams to deliver outstanding care.

The role requires a strong electronics background, 4+ years of troubleshooting experience, and willingness to travel extensively to KOLs, dermatologists and clinics.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science or Associate degree in Electronics, Laser Technology, or a closely related field.
• 4+ years of experience in electronic system troubleshooting; laser experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, courteous technical service to Cutera customers.
• Document all service activities in compliance with FDA requirements.
• Travel ~80% and coordinate with dispatch and field engineers to service devices across multiple locations.
• Update software/firmware as required and support upgrades or new purchases.
• Promote service contract revenue and complete RMAs and expense reports promptly.
