Jobot is seeking a Field Service Engineer for medical laser and optics technology in a regional territory. You will perform on-site repairs, calibrations, and remote support for hospitals and clinics, with travel as needed across the US and internationally.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years field service or technical support in medical devices.
• Experience with laser/optical systems and diagnostic tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Repair, troubleshoot, maintain, and calibrate laser systems at customer sites.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support to clinical and commercial customers.
• Diagnose issues from service calls and coordinate parts with teams.
• Travel regionally and internationally to service customers.
