Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a service representative role.
• AS degree in electronics or equivalent.
• Biomedical/laser knowledge preferred.
• Team-oriented with ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide field support on Candela equipment within territory and beyond as needed.
• Install, repair, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Manage service contracts and account relationships.
• Maintain equipment inventory with minimal variance.
• Travel up to 5 days per week; support trade shows and workshops on weekends.
• Communicate effectively with Dispatch, Regional Manager, and customers.
• Keep accurate trunk stock inventory.
