Job summary

Boston Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support our portfolio of laser, RF, and ultrasound aesthetic devices across the United States. This role involves on-site install, calibration, preventive maintenance, and rapid issue resolution for dermatology and aesthetics practices.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of field service experience with medical lasers, strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to travel up to 70% of the time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field service experience supporting medical devices, including PICO lasers or similar aesthetics equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electromechanical systems, electronics, software, and diagnostics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, calibrate, and validate new equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, software/firmware updates, and system calibrations.
• Diagnose and repair issues to maximize uptime and provide timely service.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support and troubleshoot customer concerns.
