Cynosure, LLC in Maryland is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to repair, calibrate and install laser systems at customer sites or service centers. You will work closely with customers, schedule visits, and ensure equipment meets specifications.

The role requires 2–5 years of field service experience in medical electronics, a related bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and international).

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related field, or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant field service experience
• Field service experience in troubleshooting medical electronics equipment

• Repair, test, calibrate, and install laser systems and sub-assemblies
• Provide on-site technical support to customers and workshops
• Maintain service records and report issues promptly
