Job summary

Waters is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Milpitas, CA to service analytical instruments at customer sites. You will travel to client sites, perform diagnostics and repairs, and document activities in GMP-compliant records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years' experience troubleshooting instruments or components.
• Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel 50%+.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install and service instrumentation per ISO and GMP standards with minimal supervision.
• Document service activities in GMP-compliant records and follow-up with customers.
• Maintain car stock, test equipment, tools, and technical documentation.
• Manage company vehicles per fleet policy and keep travel within guidelines.
• Interface with departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
