Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support the INR division across Pennsylvania and surrounding states. You will install, test, and maintain medical imaging, navigation and robotics products at customer sites, ensuring compliance with FDA/ISO requirements.

The role requires a self-starter attitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic healthcare setting, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years as a Field Service Engineer or equivalent.
• GMP/ISO knowledge and healthcare equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install Globus Medical products on-site at hospitals following official procedures.
• Perform site acceptance testing and demonstrate system functionality to customers.
• Diagnose issues, replace or repair products, and verify resolution with customers.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and software/firmware updates to maintain performance.
• Document customer feedback, issues and complaints per procedures; manage RMAs.
• Travel to assigned geographies on short notice and work in fast-paced environments.
