Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install and service medical devices at hospital sites across the US. You will coordinate with customers, perform site acceptance tests, and diagnose issues to ensure products meet specifications.

The role requires travel, independent work, and strong communication. You will uphold compliance with GMP/ISO and company policies while supporting deployments and repairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering is required.
• Experience as a field service engineer in medical devices is preferred.
• Ability to travel to hospitals and customer sites as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office and communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, implement, maintain and service Globus Medical products at customer sites.
• Install products on-site at hospitals per official procedures.
• Perform site acceptance testing to verify performance per specs.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues and demonstrate corrected functionality.
• Perform preventative maintenance and update products to enhance systems.
• Document feedback, issues and test results per company procedures.
• Travel nationally and internationally as needed to support deployments.
