The position involves onsite work at customer sites with travel across North Florida, Southwest Georgia, and Southeast Alabama, and may include after-hours coverage and rotating on-call duties.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical, Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent military education.
• Experience with Web applications and Microsoft Office.
• Must pass GEHC background check and post-offer drug test.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness for after-hours work and rotating On-Call.

Aufgaben

• Learn to complete Preventative Maintenance and basic service tasks on designated equipment.
• Assist experienced field engineers with installations and troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain service records, order parts, and manage cycle times.
• Support sales opportunities and revenue programs where applicable.
