Job summary
Del Medical Inc. is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to install, service, and repair radiographic imaging systems across a designated region.
You will travel to hospitals and clinics, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and train staff on safe operation of equipment. The role requires a biomedical or related engineering degree and 3–5 years of field service experience in medical devices, with ability to work flexible hours and travel extensively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5 years of field service experience in the medical device industry preferred.
- Ability to travel extensively and work in hospitals or clinics.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure radiographic imaging equipment and contrast media injectors at healthcare facilities.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to meet manufacturer specs.
- Deliver on-site training to healthcare professionals on equipment use and upkeep.
- Provide technical support on-site and remotely to minimize downtime.
- Document service activities, maintain logs, and comply with safety standards.
