Job summary

Roche Support Network seeks a Field Engineering Specialist to travel and perform on-site repair and installation for Roche products, providing service to laboratory customers in the assigned territory. You will diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures while documenting activities and driving quality improvements.

Must have 5 years of progressive repair/servicing experience or a related Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years, plus willingness to travel including overnight stays.

Qualifications

High school diploma and 2 years of technical training or equivalent experience.
5 years of progressive experience in repairing or servicing hardware/software or networking.
Certification/training as defined by RD Services Leadership.
Willingness to travel, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

Travel and perform on-site repair and installation for Roche products.
Provide service to laboratory customers in assigned territory.
