Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical training required; progress in field is valued.
• Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of progressive experience acceptable.
• Training/certification as defined by RD Services Leadership and policy is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Travel and perform on-site service, repair, and installation of Roche products.
• Act as customer contact for technical and service-related issues; document activities.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures; ensure quality improvements.
