Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2 years of technical schooling or equivalent military training or work experience.
• 5 years of progressive experience in repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking; or a Bachelor's with 1–2 years experience.
• Successful completion of RD Services Leadership policy training/certification required.
• Ability to travel including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Travel and perform on-site repair and installation for Roche product lines.
• Provide service to laboratory customers in assigned territory.
• Document activities, contribute to quality improvements, maximize customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
• Serve as customer contact for technical and service-related issues.
