Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnostic equipment or related systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for Diagnostic Medical OEM instruments.
• Build strong customer relationships with clear, professional communication.
• Prioritize service requests and ensure timely resolution per SOP.
• Install instruments at customer sites and perform preventive maintenance.
• Provide on-site training for end users and laboratory personnel.
