MECHATRONICS USA LLC in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Field Service Technician with field service experience. You will diagnose and repair ESR instruments and LoRRca RBC analyzer, travel to customer sites with short notice, and provide technical support to end users and third-party technicians.

You will open and update service reports, maintain inventory, participate in tests, and train customers on operation and maintenance. Travel up to 75% is required; in-person work location.

Formación

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree with hands-on mechatronics or engineering experience.
• Previous field service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to customer sites with short notice for emergencies.
• Diagnose and resolve issues using service manuals and IFUs.
• Provide technical support to end users and third-party technicians.
• Update and complete service reports.
• Maintain inventory at office and customer premises.
• Assist with maintenance and on-site repairs.
