Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for diagnostic medical equipment.
• Install, calibrate, and configure instruments at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Deliver on-site training to end users and laboratory staff.
• Document service activities and maintain compliant records per SOP.
• Travel within assigned territory up to 75% overnight travel.
• Escalate issues per SOP and collaborate with sales, support, and product teams.
