Ideal candidates are prepared to travel extensively (up to 75%), install and service instruments at customer sites, and provide on-site training to lab personnel.

Formación

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair diagnostic equipment
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work weekends/holidays as needed
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for Medical OEM instruments and systems
• Install instruments at customer facilities and support demos and trade shows
• Perform preventive maintenance, installation, and repairs to optimize system performance
• Train end users and lab staff on operation and troubleshooting
• Escalate issues per SOP and maintain thorough service documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and contracts
