Job summary

Diasorin is seeking a Diagnostics Specialist to service and support customer instruments across the Midwest region. You will perform preventive maintenance, installations, and repairs with minimal supervision, ensuring GMP compliance and thorough documentation.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. Travel to customer sites is extensive (80–85%), with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• AA Degree in Laboratory Technician, Electronics, Engineering Technician or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years as Biomedical Equipment, Electronics, or Field Service Technician.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting with minimal support.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and GLPs; basic electronics and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service to instrument maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Coordinate with Manager, Technical Service and Logistics on customer instrumentation.
• Maintain communications with customers, applications, and sales teams.
• Assist with instrument installations and read GOP procedures for GMP compliance.
• Complete field service reports per process and adhere to safety policies.
