Job summary

Radiometer is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support the South New Jersey/Philadelphia territory remotely. You will install, repair, calibrate, and test instruments while building strong customer relationships and maintaining a safe work environment at customer sites and in the company vehicle.

The role requires 1 year of related field service or troubleshooting experience, an Associate’s degree or technical diploma, travel up to 30–35%, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• One-year Field Service Engineer or related experience or basic troubleshooting experience in: Electromechanical, Networking, IT system upgrades or similar
• Associate’s degree / Technical Associate’s degree or Electronic Technology Diploma and/or relevant Military experience
• Travel up to 30-35% with potential overnight stays in the territory

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, calibrate, clean and test instruments using logical troubleshooting procedures in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Review solutions with customers; discuss needs and ensure a safe operation situation.
• Maintain a field parts inventory, testing devices and tools. Maintain clean and safe working environment at the customer site and in the company vehicle.
