BD is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in USA CA - Milpitas to install and service laboratory instrumentation at customer sites across multiple states. This on-site role involves traveling to diverse facilities, diagnosing and repairing lasers, fluidic and electronic systems, and documenting service activities compliant with GMP.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or higher, at least 3 years of instrument troubleshooting experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma required; technical education preferred.
• Minimum 3 years troubleshooting instruments or components.
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel ~50% of time.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on-site at customer facilities.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and MS Office is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Install and service instrumentation per ISO and GMP standards.
• Maintain stock, tools, equipment, and documentation.
• Manage travel expenses and use of company vehicles per policy.
• Report issues to Service Center and collaborate with teams.
• Represent BD with professional appearance and conduct.
