BD is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover SE Wisconsin/NE Illinois, visiting customer sites daily to install and service instrumentation per ISO and GMP standards. This role requires significant travel and on-site problem solving.

The candidate will troubleshoot lasers, fluidics, electronics, and PCs, document activities, and maintain tools and vehicle equipment while upholding BD's standards of service and customer care.

Formación

• High School diploma minimum for technical documentation and communication tasks.
• 3+ years troubleshooting instruments or components.
• Valid Driver's License and travel between client sites.
• Willingness to travel 50% of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Install and service instrumentation per ISO and GMP, documenting activities.
• Maintain car stock, tools, and documentation; manage vehicles and parts.
• Control travel and site expenses within guidelines; manage expenses.
• Report quality issues to Service Center and engineers; coordinate with other teams.
• Represent BD with professional conduct and strong customer relations.
