Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Field Service Engineer to install, calibrate, maintain, and repair advanced life science instrumentation across client sites. You will ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction with our cutting-edge technologies.

You will travel regionally, perform preventive maintenance, train customers, and maintain service records in our CRM, while adhering to FDA, GMP, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of field service experience in life sciences or medical devices preferred.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electromechanical and optical systems.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Installations, calibrations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of laboratory instruments.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly using manuals and diagnostic tools.
• Provide training to customers on operation and basic maintenance.
