Job summary

Waters Corporation’s Field Services Organization seeks a Field Service Specialist to provide technical expertise on Waters product suites (LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, SFC, Informatics) for laboratories across multiple industries. Based in Nebraska, you will join a global team dedicated to Waters’ legenday service and customer success.

You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, train customers, and support service contracts, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with installation and maintenance of scientific instrumentation.
• Ability to perform system-level troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of CDS, SDMS, LIM, and ELN software systems.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot Waters product suite (LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, SFC, Informatics).
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
• Communicate work performed and provide follow-up plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Deliver system-level training at customer sites.
• Manage service inventory per Waters policies.
• Submit field service reports documenting work performed.
• Identify future service opportunities with Sales.
