Job summary

Revvity, Inc. seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and repair diagnostic instruments across the Saint Louis/Midwest region.

You will travel regionally, perform preventive maintenance, and support contract and non-contract customers with timely, quality field service. The role requires 4+ years in instrument installation and maintenance, with a relevant degree or military experience; a bachelor’s in Life Sciences or STEM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or Technical Degree or Military Experience with 4+ years in instrument installation, repairs and maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Electronics, Mechanics, Biotechnology or STEM with 2+ years in installation, repairs or maintenance.
• Ability to travel regionally and operate a company vehicle safely.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, verify performance and repair Revvity equipment at customer sites.
• Provide preventive maintenance for contract customers and remedial maintenance for non-contract work.
• Travel up to 40% to support assignments and service across the territory.
• Assist sales with service upgrades, contracts, and add-ons as needed.
• Maintain documentation and reports for dispatch, inventory and service support.
