Job summary

Revvity, Inc. is looking for a Field Service Engineer to support Saint Louis/Midwest customers by installing, validating, maintaining and repairing Revvity instruments on site.

The role includes IQ/OQ services, contract maintenance, and national regional travel to ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality. The ideal candidate has an associate/technical degree or military experience with 4+ years in instrument installation, repairs, and maintenance, and a valid driving record to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Electronics, Mechanics, Biotechnology, or STEM required.
4+ years of instrument installation, repairs, and maintenance experience requested.
Must have a valid driving record and ability to travel regionally (up to 40%).

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, verify performance and repair Revvity equipment at customer sites.
Provide preventative maintenance for contracts and remedial maintenance for non-contract work.
Perform IQ/OQ validation and manage service documentation and billing information.
Support sales with new contracts and instrument add-ons; travel as required.
