Job summary

Revvity, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to install, service, and support instrumentation at customer sites across North Carolina.

This role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, customer training, and collaboration with sales and service teams to ensure reliable operation and high customer satisfaction. Based at the Raleigh customer site, you will travel as needed and contribute to improving service offerings and field performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or STEM discipline or 2+ years military experience.
• Ability to travel by air, vehicle and/or other means of transportation as business requires.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, repair, and provide qualification services.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain safe motor vehicle operation.
• Based at the Raleigh, NC customer site.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, validate and repair Revvity and/or multivendor instrumentation at customer site with best-in-class service.
• Provide scheduled and unscheduled corrective maintenance for customers including warranty services within a prescribed time frame and established maintenance protocols.
• Deliver customer familiarization for instrument operation and maintenance.
• Communicate service offerings including training, support, software, laboratory services products and field upgrades.
• Partner with our customers to understand their analytical workflow and applications.
