Job summary
Revvity Health Sciences, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of Revvity instruments at customer sites, with focus on enhancing the customer experience.
The role requires traveling to customer locations, detailed communication, and collaboration with sales for service contracts. Ideal candidates will have STEM education, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in STEM or 2+ years military experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel by air/vehicle.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, repair and provide qualification services.
Responsibilities
- Enhance the Customer Experience.
- Install, maintain, validate and repair Revvity instrumentation at customer site with best-in-class service.
- Provide scheduled and unscheduled corrective maintenance including warranty services.
- Deliver customer familiarization for instrument operation and maintenance.
- Communicate service offerings including training, software, and lab services.
